Weddings by F-STOP

F-Stop Studios offers a variety of complete wedding packages so that your wedding
and reception will be covered entirely according to your preferences
and budget.

Regardless
of the package you select . . .

All packages include at least four hours of photographic services, starting
one hour before the scheduled ceremony. We charge $125 for each hour
above and beyond 4 hours.

For Sunday and Holiday weddings, there is an additional charge of $200.

Free Mileage

There is NO CHARGE for mileage within Virginia.

Deposit

When you reserve your photographer for your wedding date, a $250 deposit
is required.

The balance is due one week prior to the wedding date.

One week after your wedding . . .

You will receive a complete preview album of all photographs taken
at your wedding and reception. If you prefer you may choose to have
a “digital preview album” (on DVD). From this preview album, you may select
the photographs and sizes to design your customized wedding album.
If you wish, you may purchase preview albums (a great thank-you gift
for parents) for $245 each.

Traditional

Created
for the value-conscious bride, the Traditional package includes:

• 4 hours of photographic service;

• Your choice of 40 full-color 5 x 7 photographs from the preview album

• And a white or brown album engraved with “Our Wedding”

Keepsake

A popular choice, the Keepsake package includes:

• 4 hours of photographic service

• Your choice of 60 full-color 5 x 7 photographs from the preview album

• An elegant formal room triple portfolio and 3 of your favorite 5 x
7 portraits

• A custom-engraved Pro-craft album cover, available in your choice
of colors

• One 8 x 10 color portrait & frame of your choice

This complete package is $1269

Heirloom

Designed for the bride who wishes additional creative options, the distinctive
Heirloom package includes:

• 5 hours of photographic service

• 50 5×7 Photographs

• A complete wedding preview album (a $245 value)

• A beautiful tabletop portfolio of 5 memorable moments (a $145 value)
includes one 8 X 10 and four 3 ½ X 5 portraits

• A custom engraved album cover, available in 10 colors and with a variety
of mattes from the Milano Renaissance Collection

• 2 Champagne glasses engraved with the names of the bride and groom,
wedding date and a festive bottle of champagne for the newlywed’s
toast

Renaissance

Your dreams come true! The Renaissance package has all that a discriminating
bride could want for a truly elegant wedding. The Renaissance package
includes:

• Unlimited photography at the ceremony and reception

• A complete wedding preview album (a $245 value)

• Your choice of 40 full color 8 x 10 photographs or 80 full color 5
x 7 photographs or 96 full color 3 ½ X 5 photographs,
or a combination of sizes

• A luxurious album, in your choice of 10 gorgeous colors, with custom
engraving and a variety of page formats and matte selections from a
wide selection of wedding designers

• A beautiful table top portfolio
of 5 memorable moments (a $145 value) includes one-8 x 10 and four-3½ x 5 portraits

• A custom framed rich full-color 11 x 14 portrait of the bride and
groom

• 2 champagne glasses engraved with the names of the bride and groom,
wedding date and a festive bottle of champagne for the newlywed’s

• 4 Kodak Wedding one-time Flash Cameras which we collect at the end
of the day so that candid photos are ready when you get back from your
